Eh it is ok.. Review by Tim

I guess to me this model was just ok, I guess I was expecting more from a master grade. I did enjoy the decals that had to be etched on. The chain on the gun pack tends to slip off even glued it in and still came loose. The gun is also heavy so it tends to drop. It was an ok build, but I guess perhaps I have been spoiled by the real grades and some of the high grades.This was my first master grade and decided to purcahse it since it was my favorite from the Wing series,but I don't see me purchasing another mg. After building the 1/100 original no grade kit and then building this one, i have to say, bandai out did themselves! This kit came together very nice and looks amazing when hes in full battle mode with all his hatches and amorments open. The only design flaw i had trouble with was the ammo chain link from the gun to the backpack. It was just a little hard to put on and get a nice pose after, but with some work it ended up to one of my favorite kits. If you like the EW line up then its a must buy. (Posted on 3/4/12)
Probably the best kit out of the GW EW kit series Review by David

Kit-wise I dont think I have any complaints at all but if I did ever have any, I'd say that the beam saber is included but the beam effect is NOT so if you got the WING Gundam kit, youll notice it has TWO beam effects with one saber weapon so steal one from it, at least thats what I did.

Anyways back to Heavyarms, it is definitely the bulkiest of the five, but it doesnt harm the look, in fact I think the size of it is just right (where Wing looks anorexic and Shenlong looks like hes gonna follow Wing). My right thumb is loose but the left one is stiff so eh, it doesnt really matter to me as long as it has both thumbs.

Another possible complaint is that the left arm that holds the saber does not come with any extra parts so once you put on the original arm, you cant put on the saber-holder arm unless you completely de-assemble the entire left arm. But that doesnt matter since I like my Gundams with two functional arms anyway. Other than that, I didnt have any problems at all. The cons are only minor which dont really harm or matter, at least not to me anyway.

And for those of you having leg problems, you have to push both pegs into the single hole until it clicks, otherwise they will slip off. Arowz probably didnt push them in all the way so his legs keep slipping off. Overall, this kit is dead sexy and is a must. Get it now! (Posted on 3/2/12)

And I have to say it's the best mastergrade I've built so far. I'm definitely glad I got back into gunpla, and if you're still not sure on this kit, trust me it's worth it. Very sturdy, I've had it holding the gun with one hand and the beam saber in the other, and it hasn't moved one bit in 2 weeks. The only complaints I have are, and I don't know if its on me for losing it, or if my kit just didn't have one, but it doesn't come with a beamsaber effect part. Also you need to bee careful when opening or closing the missle bays. (Posted on 2/27/12)
Great Overall Build, One Design Flaw Review by Arowz

This kit was an amazing and satisfying build. It was challenging in its on way, as a master grade, and came out very beautiful and elegant.

The ONLY MAJOR problem i had was (and probably a huge design flaw) was how the legs join to the waist.

Instead of the waist having two ball pegs sticking out on each side and the legs have the plastic cap, which is in most gunpla. The legs have the pegs and the waist have one huge hole where both leg pegs go...

It gave the model very little stability and actually the legs would very easily simply slide off :(

I had to resort to a very very stable pose for it to be anywhere close to standing upright.

And the "ammo Chain" was a little cumbersome to maneuver and put into position.

Overall. 4 out of 5.
Well worth the nostalgia of a gundam Wing model and the beauty of the Model itself. It may just have been my model but it was a heartbreaker seeing heavyarms legs pop off rather than just slump over like most top heavy models.
Again.... well worth it overall.

Another Great Kit! Review by eloven

Pros;
1. This kit

Cons;
1. People complaining about this kit.

I have had NONE of the problems listed by any of the reviewers on ANY of these Gundam Wing kits.
Some people seem to forget that these are MODEL KITS. They are not action figures. Treat them as such and you will see how amazing these things are.

* Want to see how lucky you are to have these kind of kits, order and build a Gundam kit from 1998 or earlier. (Posted on 2/19/12)

This kit is probably 1 of the best kits ive built so far, its solid, looks amazing,and just how they redesigned it makes it look that much better, the only complaint about this model is that the pegs on the hands are virturally useless, the gun has no pegholes and he doesnt have anything else to hold really.
i heard people saying the thumbs were loose but mine are tight , the knee armor though is loose on my left leg dont know why but it doesnt come off or anything
just wiggles around, but still its probably 1 of the better wing kits, must buy, do NOT pass this up (Posted on 2/16/12)
