I don't think anyone expected this. A Master Grade of a human character... And Goku of all people!?Design Value Quality
Frame-wise, MG may be pushing it, but to be fair, there'd be something kinda wrong with putting together a "frame" to a person. In some aspects, the model is very deserving of the MG moniker, such as the sophisticated bicep gimmick, shoulder joint range and of course the great sculpt, capturing Son at his most battle readiness.
However, a few things keep this just from perfection:
-I like the swappable faces, but personally they should've had a happy option. After all, Goku is a very optimistic hero.
-The knee movement is unusually unnatural looking when bent.
-I actually wish they didn't give me so many options for the eyes! It's a little overwhelming to sit there wondering how you may want him to look for the rest of his shelf-life... (Me being stubborn, ignore me.~)
I do see this Figure-Rise line being very promising, and from what I've seen of the Super Saiyan variant and all of the Kamen Rider kits, it seems to be the start of something beautiful.
