For orders shipping to multiple addresses, shipping costs will be applied to each individual shipment.
We currently do not ship outside the locations listed above.
Shipment via UPS can NOT be sent to PO Boxes.

Free Shipping Policy

Due to changes in our shippers' pricing models, we were forced to change to a regional free shipping policy starting in 2015. States that are still eligible for free ground shipping on orders over $100 include the following:

The shipping process will be initiated after we have received payment.
We usually ship our items (currently in stock) within 2—5 business days (Mon—Fri).
Preorder items will be shipped within 2—5 business days of the item's arrival at our warehouse.
We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.


If your item(s) are not in Prepared for Shipment or Shipped status, you may be able to cancel an item or the entire order by email or call.
Most times you will not be charged a fee for cancellations in this stage. However, if items have been held for your order, a 5% fee will apply.
Preorder cancellations can be made for a full refund up until a week before projected arrival. After that, a 10% fee will be charged because our quantities will have been locked in.
If your item(s) are already shipped out, you might be able to return them at your expense.
Please see if your item is eligible for a return.

Preorder Shipping

If you select the "Preorder - Pay shipping cost later" option at checkout, we will contact you to arrange for payment as soon as the item arrives.
If we don't receive payment for shipping within a week of the original contact date, the preorder will be cancelled and returned to stock, and you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee.

Address Errors

Please make sure the address you provide is complete and accurate. If your package is marked as undeliverable because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will notify you when it is returned to us for re-shipment at your own expense. If the package was sent UPS, you will also be responsible for the return shipment cost.
If there was an address error and the tracking history shows it was delivered, refund will not be possible.


New, unused, and sealed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery with an original packing invoice at your own expense.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (+shipping fee if you selected free shipping).
All merchandise must be in the original packaging.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice.
In the case of a defective item, returns/exchanges can be made after replacement is received from the manufacturer and after the defective is returned.
Customers are advised to contact us using the contact form provided in the event of a merchandise return.

Damaged Items & Lost Packages

Our extra insurance shipping option allows you to insure the contents of your package. If the package is damaged en route to the shipping address, we will refund a percentage of the subtotal based on the severity of the damages.
Once a package is shipped out of the warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient and the carrier. If the package is lost in transit, you may open an investigation to find the package or receive insurance for a replacement. These investigations are subject to the carrier policies.
If the package status reads "Delivered" but the package has not reached the recipient, he or she may be required to contact local delivery services to locate the package.
Regular ground shipping without the extra insurance option covers only what is outlined in the UPS/USPS insurance policies.

Our offices DO NOT take product returns; please contact us to receive an RMA number and the proper return address before you return any goods.
Once again, the returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
