excellent files other than the half-round having a longitudinal curve to it that may or may not be normal (i honestly don't know) these are fantastic. You really can't get them wet though, i spilled a few drops of water on one & it had rust spots inside a few hours.

The Starting files This basic set of files should work for everyone, the flat will obviously be used the most for gunpla, but I've found the round and semi-circular have uses as well. Therubber-like texture on the handles is comfortable and the package can serve as a case. As other suggested in reviews, avoid getting water on them and I would recommend a brass brush to clean the file grooves so that they last longer.

I have a 5 file set right now, but it is basically a piece of metal coated in something that makes it like sand paper. I believe these will last longer then what I got

Great files This is a really good basic set of files. I’ve tried many styles and brands, and this is still my go-to set. They are really easy to hold, easy to clean and have good cuts that file down plastics quickly. These files will cut smoothly as long as you keep them clean, which is more than I can say for a lot of other files out there.
