Ever since I got the HGUC Gundam Revive, I've been dying to get HG kit of Char's Zaku II. Unfortunately, the HGUC version was out of stock at the time. Thank god I was able to find this thing for under $30. And from what I hear, it's one of the Master Grade-esque HG kits. It may be a little hard, but once I build it, it's gonna be definitely worth it.

Solid Kit Was looking for a Zaku II to compliment my Gundam revive kit. Love the colors, accessories, details, and pose ability of the kit. Plus the decals add a nice extra touch. About the only real negative I could say was the 'nose" piece of head was a little loose but nothing some plastic cement can't fix.
Great but has some really bad faults I honestly love the figure except for a few faults. I noticed how the arms rotation was very lose, making it hard the pose with the arms. The bit on the sniper that plugs into the hand broke of while I was posing it, making it physically impossible to pose. I don’t know if it was just my model though. There should be two open hands and two trigger hand instead of one, giving the figure way more options on poses. What I like about the figure is the legs, they have really good balance so it can make really great poses without the stand. All in all, it’s a good figure, I like it.
The Red Comet Blasts Forth! So right from the get-go, I'm gonna say this flat out. This kit is a must buy. Any self-respecting fan of the original Gundam series, let alone Gundam The Origin, absolutely NEEDS this kit in their collection. Even though this is the first Zaku I have ever built, I knew that the engineering that went into this kit was a step above.
In terms of aesthetics, the various tones of muted red are simply intimidating, which can be said also for the anti-ship rifle and bazooka. Panel lining opportunities are plentiful, and poseability is outstanding, the pipes not even causing that much problem with the flexibility of the legs.
Bottom line, this kit is a worthwhile investment, a pleasure to build, and one menacing mobile suit to add to your display shelf!

Finally! This is the Char's Zaku revive kit we've all been waiting for! (even if they don't call it revive) everything about this kit is a remarkable upgrade from the old high grade of Char's Zaku - it can move, it can pose, it can dance (if your into that), and most importantly, the head stays firmly planted on the neck at all times.
Also, in my own opinion, the muted red color scheme looks fantastic, it's like the guys at Ban Dai, got together and said, "Let's make a kit that the people will actually want to look at"
