A nice kit that sadly should've just come with the weapons I really liked the Marsfour design from the anime, especially the big sword and melee weapons, so having those sold separately (and being sold out everywhere), makes it hard to love this kit as much as I do some of the other core gundam/planet armor kits (Jupitive, Uraven, Earthree). The real type colors look awesome on the core gundam, and the red mars armor is very cool, so it is still a great kit. Guess I shouldn't review what it doesn't have, but missing the main weapons is just a glaring hole for me...

Nice Kit This kit doesn't really add anything new to the Core Gundam line but the red really pops. With the armor it looks like a real Gundam but it looks similar to the other armor sets. I would still recommend this kit!

A very interesting, playable kit This is yet another Core Gundam release, which means that the core build is just a color variation of the other Core Gundams, and the support unit/armor is a variant that can be swapped out with the other Core Gundam releases.
I remember the Core Gundam getting flack on its reveal, but it's actually a really solid and fun build that feels great to handle. Of course, the main gimmick is the Marsfour armor, which combines pretty easily with the Core Gundam and gives the kit extra play value and options. Unfortunately, the Marsfour feels pretty limited in its equipment selection, though that's because all the extra gear was relegated to an expansion set. It's a surprisingly solid kit that's actually pretty fun to build and comes out looking really nice, though I find the plastic feels unusually toy-like compared to other Gunpla?Comment Thank you for your feedback!
