Chock-full of gimmicks, for better or worse. The Aegis Knight uses the excellent base of the HGCE Infinite Justice, which means it has a solid, polycap-free construction. There are also next to no color-correcting stickers aside from some small black color apps. Even the green on the shoulder pauldrons are separated green parts. However, the number of movable parts in this kit to enable its gimmicks compromise the design somewhat. Said shoulder pauldrons are on an extremely loose ball joint connection and constantly pop out when handling the kit. The Assault Combat Mode and Core Fighter modes look kind of ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend displaying them like that, making the plane nose on the back somewhat of a liability. The back of the feet are also fists connected on a ball joint for use as the arms of the Re:Rising Gundam which means they look silly from certain angles and are somewhat loose. However, the Re:Rising Gundam makes the design compromises worth it in my opinion. And considering this kit comes with the parts to make it, it's worth getting if you have the rest of the BUILD DiVERS kits from season 2.

Meh on its own, good for the combiner. As others have pointed out, this kit is decent on its own but as you build it, it becomes readily apparent that sacrifices were made to have this kit combine into the Re:Rising Gundam, particularly in the shoulder armor. But yes, the compromises are definitely worth it for the combiner. To my knowledge this is the first time that multiple HG kits were intentionally designed to combine into one, full on Megazord style. This speaks volumes to the child in me, and for that I do not regret this purchase one bit.
Overall, you may be a little disappointed if you were to buy this kit on its own but its full value shines brightly when you get the other kits (HG Uraven, HG Wodom Pod, and SD Ex Valkylander).Comment Thank you for your feedback! Great Kit Absolutely enjoyed putting this together, loved how it came with it's own display stand. That should be STANDARD in all kits!
My only complaint is the legs felt a bit loose when put together on the waist. Like they could fall out at any point, but they've been hanging from the display for weeks now so my fear may be a little unfounded!
Overall, solid kit, would recommend to anyone reading this.Comment Thank you for your feedback! You already voted Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again -

An awesome looking kit with a ton of gimmicks I loved the design of the Gundam Aegis Knight from the moment I saw it on screen and couldn't wait to get my hands on this kit. The build is solid and looks great straight out of the box, and it comes with a ton of accessories to use the various gimmicks. I actually think the flight mode doesn't look too bad, and king mode looks cool, even without the huge beam like the show. My main gripe with this kit is the shoulder bits and heels of the feet. Both are super loose ball joints that were probably done to enable the various transformations, but when everything else is rock solid, it's very frustrating when these are super easy to pop off with minimal contact. Aside from those, it's a great kit and I love how it looks!
