I want this!
I've purchased the ignition mode version twice and both time the arm elbow joint breaks. No paint/glue. I attach it and continue working, bend the arm a bit and the fragile lip is completely destroyed. Tried to cement to no avail. Buying this for parts....Comment Thank you for your feedback! Really good, but kinda weak in joints This was my second Gundam ever, so I don't have a lot of comparison, but the wrists pop out a lot. The GN sword is also too heavy to hold up properly, so if that matters to you, it's a downside. A few of the pieces were difficult to put together (I think it was the forearms that wouldn't stay together, and the yellow plates on the side of the face were a pain). However, it looks really cool and has a lot of functionality. Dude has toesies too which makes for more dynamic poses. Still my favorite model thus far!

Been wanting this one for a while... I have been wanting this kit since I started building Gunpla. I have and love the Exia RG, now I have big brother.

Beautiful to look at. This kit is great to look at once done. However, it was a nightmare to build in my experience. Now this may just be me getting a faulty kit, but it seemed to have too little support in areas.
Loose parts are also a rampant issue for the model (again this could be mine specifically).
Posing is the last issue I had with the model. When posing this model getting it just right proved difficult as too many parts could move with little effort.
Overall it is an okay build and is very nice to look at.Comment Thank you for your feedback! You already voted Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again -

Very dated kit This is kit overall is okay. It has good articulation. Weak wrist joints and ankle joints. The clear parts are very good though and the gimmicks work decently. The GN Swords are not the correct color (silver). The clear parts are an okay addition.

I AM GUNDAM!!! Putting it simply, this MG kit of Exia has some fine engineering, a whole slew of decals (both marking sticker and dry transfer), seven swords-worth of weapons, and your very own GN drive that is capable of housing an LED unit inside. The kit is fairly large, and the weapons attached to it give it that much extra presence. Some downsides to the kit would be loose hands, weak hands, and spaghetti noodle-like hands. These hands are supposed to be able to hold up some of the most iconic and frankly awesome-looking weapons in the Gundam universe, but instead it begs for you to pose that GN Sword in one place and glue it there, which I could never personally do to such a kit.
With a little bit of panel lining and some extra effort with applying the decals, this kit would surely be a worthy addition to any collection!Comment Thank you for your feedback! You already voted Sorry, we failed to record your vote. Please try again -

Slightly weak ankles, overall very good. So I'm a sucker for Gundam 00, given that it's one of the only series I've actually watched and the MG Exia is a very nice kit. Build was a little finnicky in one or two spots but overall nothing was too difficult. Very good articulation, I always appreciate kits with a toe bend.

Accessories Somewhat Hold It Back I like this kit a lot but the only issue I have with it is that the accessories. The biggest offender of this is the gun. The gun has issues staying in the hand and does not fit in the lower-arm slot, so it is mostly rendered unusable.

Fun Build. Bought this so I could have the parts for exia along with my exia ignition. Hands are bad but other than that it was fun
