Introducing the black version of our popular water-based surfacer, Black Surfacer 1000! This revolutionary water-based surfacer series has less of a solvent smell and is safer, while also being able to fill in surface scratches and prepare the base before painting.
Black Surfacer 1000 particles turn the finish color of the base material black, so it can be used as a base for metallic colors and as a base for black paint. It is very convenient because you can create the base material and paint black in one go.
If you are using the bottle type with a brush, you can use it as is. If you are using an airbrush, dilute it 1:1 with water or a thinner for water-based hobby colors (recommended).
