Choose wisely ... Its modeling cement at its core, but ultimately its gonna come down to intended use. Since the last model glue I bought was a Testors orange tube, the brush applicator is nice allowing for better application; however the toxic fumes felt like I using glue from the 80's. Other reviews suggest that its unique to the extra thin, so if you glue all your part together; you may want to choose a alternative.
The best! This is my go-to cement. It's one of the few things I constantly have to stock up on lol. It's very easy to use. Just hold the two pieces together and leave a slight gap to allow the cement to flow into, and press them firmly together for a few seconds. It's great for sealing small gaps as well. It's a great all-around cement for general building.
I would recommend the orange bottle Tamiya cement for applications where you need to remove seams, change the texture of the plastic, or when you require a very strong bond.
Sometimes the original is better Picked this up at my local hobbyshop for seam removal. This thing doesn't lie when its labeled "extra thin" terrible at hiding seams but its not too bad. It does dry quickly (which can be a blessing or a curse depending on how careful you are) and it does keep parts together. There are definietely cheaper and better plastic cements out there. Get it if you need plastic cement, I'm personally gonna mourn my 5 dollars.
Glue Dries quickly, smells terrible. I would have preferred the original thick cement for hiding seams. I love it for parts that won't stay together.
