Saturdays ONLY: Surrounding warehouse lots can be used as well as our loading dock. Do not street park. If customers continue blocking our neighbors' driveways, it will cause problems with the town.

Important notes about our physical location:
Our warehouse is located on a partially residential street between two houses. PLEASE be respectful of our neighbors who live here. Customers being overly noisy or double-parking our neighbors' driveways will cause us problems with the town.
Our showroom is run by one dedicated staff member and multiple support team members who will not have immediate access to your online order information. Please do not ask them for immediate updates on your orders or preorders, as they do not have quick access to that.
Please respect our curbside / in-store pickup timelines. Do not place an order and then expect it to be ready right away.
