Only Dragon Ball Z toy I ever owned as a kid was an Ultimate Gohan figure, so it'd be cool to have this. Plus, as a big Future Timeline fan, I love that it has options to make Future Gohan too. Two models for the price of one, plus some major childhood nostalgia on my end.

I think its awesome you can have either Adult or Future Gohan! You do have to take apart the figure a bit to swap between the two, but honestly it might just be worth getting 2 so you don't have to struggle with the pieces.
