Interesting kit if you have good modeling skills This is an admittedly ugly mobile suit design, but one that is definitely interesting. I like grunts and more obscure machines such as construction mecha, but I am not a big fan of this kit. With the amount of quality engineering and detail that has been synonymous with the kits in the GTO line, the Mobile Worker came as a bit of a letdown. Overall the detail is pretty good, but not outstanding like the other kits in the series. One of the biggest disappointments is the cockpit are, which is cast as a solid gray piece instead of having a clear lens insert like the Prototype Gouf. It has some nice looking winch assemblies with coiled cabled, but the hooks are stationary and stick out at rather weird angle in regards to posing. The Mobile Worker kit also relies heavily on stickers to make it look more detailed. It looks like a cheap toy otherwise, and honestly it just feels like an older outdated kit. This kit will really benefit with a good paint job, some custom clear lenses for the cockpit, some custom detailing and maybe some extra panel lining.

It's not the perfect kit, but I'm happy it exists. There's a lot of new stuff going on in this kit that it's a happy occurrence that so much of it works. The kit has an expectantly wide range of motion and can stand unassisted easily. Most of the stickers are caution marks, and thus completely justified as they wouldn't have been done with color separation anyways. The main downside is that with so much flat space on the model some of it can look a bit simple, so panel lining is a good idea. Also since the cockpit has no stickers painting is almost a necessity.
