It's the first new Gundam Thunderbolt kit design in years! The Atlas Gundam from the current Gundam Thunderbolt animation is here as an HG kit, and of course it's loaded with accessories! It comes with a massive railgun, 2 assault rifles, a blade shield, 2 beam sabers, and that crazy transforming backpack that the Atlas Gundam can use like a surfboard. YEP, THAT'S REAL.

A nice solid build You get quite a bit with this model. You've got a decent selection of weapons to choose from, and the Sub Legs are highly versatile and quite fun to play with, and don't really drag the model down. However, I've noticed a lack of fixed articulation in one of the Sub Legs, but that's probably a mess-up I made in construction. The main flaw here is that it's really hard to effectively equip weapons, especially to awesome-looking railgun and shield. Overall though, I highly recommend this model.

I recently started reading the Gundam Thunderbolt manga and when I saw the Atlas Gundam on the cover of volume 5 I immediately fell in love with it. I love the lightweight look and the ball joints really make it stand out. Hope we get a master grade someday

Low stress. The kit is well gated to its runners as well as easy to build. The stickers/decals can be a bit of a pain, but once you get them started it eases up. One of my favorite designs from the UC, highly suggests the purchase of this kit!

Super fun build. So I have had a blast putting this together. I’d recommend it to anyone just getting into the hobby, like myself. It’s also good for those that like detail at an afordable price, once again like myself. The hips have trouble keeping the legs in, this is easily solved but applying a little nail polish, paint, or glue in a thin layer to thicken the joint. Once dry then put on the leg that way it grips without getting stuck in one position.

This Gundam has a truly impressive range of motion for such a small gunpla. If you like posing your gunpla as well I’d highly recommend this one. It’s been great putting it together on my stream on twitch.

A good starter kit This was my first Gundam kit, and my gods do I love this kit. The color scheme, the amount of accessories, and the range of movement are all great. My only complaint isnt with the kit itself, its with the photos. Many parts of the kit show up as dark grey in photos, but are navy blue in real life. If anything the blue adds to it, but it was unexpected nonetheless

I Gave that Gundam a Cannon, Gundams Love Cannons This was my first high grade, of course i couldn't leave well enough alone, because the yellow that they used was distinctly unattractive, so i painted all of the yellow bits in metallic copper, and i have to say this Gundam took on a whole new level of intensity... so when are they going to make it in master grade?

No polycaps. Yeah, no polycaps, that was the weirdest thing about this. The surfboard/spaceskates/whatever is neat and offers a lot of flexibility. You might want to glue the vent pieces on that surfboard because they're the best part to grab to adjust them and they like to come off.

Honestly though I just picked this up because I plan to use the head in my kitbash.
