Stunning! Sure, it's just another Exia build, but this kit looks absolutely incredible in person. Good quality, easy assembly, and great looking design.
A good start My first build, I'm fairly new to gunpla and bought this kit at Thinkgeek for fairly cheap. It was quite easy to put together and the alternate gear made it feel/look quite cool. There was one issue with assembly though, on the back of the knee the armor is difficult to insert. Beyond that the swords also are rather loose in the upper wing positions. Besides that it was a fun first build.
An excellent kit for a partially lackluster series The 00 Diver Ace unit is a kit that definitely deserves the Ace name and quite worth the price. I was originally going to go that route when considering my next Gunpla purchase, but they were out of stock at the time so I decided to go with 00 Diver Ace. And I am very glad I did.
This is only my first 00 Style Gunpla (the first being Dark Matter Exia with the second 00 Sky normal form) but if all 00 Kits have the same quality as this one and 00 Sky, then I definitely need to get my hands on others when they restock.
You may have a couple of issues when putting the small green lenses on the guns as they can get lost easily if dropped, but once in they do not leave their housing at all. Even the condenser lenses on the arms and head to not pop out, so long as you don't ever sand them after cutting.
All in all, a great kit that is worth it's price and while maybe difficult for newcomers to Gunpla or model building in general, is easy to put together if you have patience.
A good kit. This is overall a very good kit it looks very good and it is a good beginner kit. The only problems I had was that the plates protecting the ankle joint is extremely loose and will fall off if you so much as look at it. Another problem I had is that all the weapons were very loose in their slots and made it hard to pose it when the guns and swords kept falling out and the blades on the end of the guns were also extremely loose so I ended up not displaying the weapons at all. Also, when I tried to remove the shoulder armour the thing connecting it to the arm snapped off so I glued it back together and it's a little loose now but I don't think this is a normal thing since I was being a little rough with it. One last thing I want to say is that if you want to display this you are going to want a stand since it's not really that balanced and will not stand up unless it thrusts out it's groin so not really a natural pose so you are going to want a stand. One last thing, this might be a nitpicky thing but the feet down angle all the way down you might not care but it was a little annoying for me since I wanted it in a particular pose and it just wouldn't bend the way I wanted it. Overall, it's a good build if you are a fan of the show or just the gundam it will probably be okay as long as you be careful with it.
Gundam double backpack It's the 00 diver with a new backpack. looks better without the GN ice cream cones on the shoulders, though the swords have holes in them on one side. Has trouble keeping it's weapons in it's hands... or anywhere for that matter worth getting if your a fan of 00 (or GBD i guess). has 'most' of the parts to make the OG kit barring the base pack.
Gorgeous and awesome This kit is another must-have if you love Double 0 Gundam Series. An upgraded design from Double 0 Gundam with a few changes on overall of the body. It looks very nice and accessories come with it add the unique to the kit itself. I would 100% recommend this kit to everyone.
Pretty flash, a little flimsy Great posability overall, some flimsy parts. A few bad connections around the joints in my kit, and the rifles are impossible to pose. However, the color separation is good and different appearance options make up for that completely.
