Best gold ever! The gold parts in this kit look amazing! I seriously wish that all Gundam kits had this kind of finish on their gold parts. The color separation of the parts is on point, and the colors palette looks very regal when finished. I love the green accent of the effects parts as well. Building this awesome Gyan- inspired mobile suit was an absolute pleasure. The only issue that I have with it is that a lot of the parts are quite heavy for an HG kit, which make it difficult to hold some of the awesome poses without additional stands. Thankfully the R-Gyagya looks equally as impressive and intimidating just standing at attention as it does in a combat pose! Overall a very impressive kit at a very fair price point.
Lotta Plastic I can understand the price of this model, and it really is an awful lot of plastic for just 19 dollars. It has a lot of shelf presence, but I have to say that as a whole the design and bulk of this kit contributes to its biggest weaknesses which are it's lack of poseability, rage of motion, and ability to even HOLD a pose. I really wanted to like this kit, but unfortunately it's just a lot cooler in photographs than it is trying to deal with in person.
Medieval MS lovers rejoice If you love medieval knight mobile suits, the R-Gyagya won't disappoint! Beam sword sheath, basket hilted beam saber, AND double rocket shields? Game over Kamiki Sekai!
A little flimsy... Not saying that it's a bad design if it's Bandai's ultimate goal to create the R-Jarja from ZZ Gundam. There's some flimsiness in the legs and torso, but an otherwise good design.
