Condition This is a model kit and requires assembly.
My favorite high grade so far Now I only built about 6 HG kits not, but I LOVE this kit. It transforms perfectly the weapons are awesome, it’s not super easy to pose with the shield on BUT you still get a bunch of really cool positions. Love the kit would HIGHLY recommend an action base with it. Now it will stand on its own but it’s not easy, the action base allows for some awesome shots.
Another Really Good High Grade I bought this because I wanted something fun, simple in construction, and flashy style wise. It is exactly what I was hoping for. Having built a few Wing Zero kits, I think this is my favorite mobile suit design.
As for this kit specifically, I have heard (not confirmed anywhere) that the HG that this kit is based on is very good, and I would tend to agree. The clear parts are nice but not too overwhelming. The kit is stable with no issues being able to stand up with the backpack on. A lot of camera stickers that go on easily, one to go behind the green clear piece in the center, and two for the guns for the yellow accent, which I omitted because I don't think it needs the color splash.
Would I get this kit again?
Yes. It was a fun build and I wish the made more MG BF kits.
Maybe I'll have to get one of the Fenice variants.....
Wing Zero on FIRE! Lots of clear parts over a decent frame with a striking design. Downside: It's very back heavy. It's No Wing/Fenice.
I had watched reviews before purchasing this, and I ended up going with a slightly custom paint scheme to better pick out some of the smaller stuff, though I did stick to the red and white mainly. I probably spent way more time on this kit than I should have.
What I leaned: While it is a pleasure to build, as in, it comes together relatively quickly and it's a fresh take on the W0 Tv Aesthetic, it's busier deign hampers the range of motion, in the elbows and knees especially. The wings are really cool, but also really heavy. It's weird to make this Gunpla stand, and I've never before required an action base... Well, I bought one for this, so Touche Bandai.
Regardless, the kit looks amazing when it's all together and who doesn't love those huge effin' swords!? I enjoyed building it, detailing, etc. But, I wish they hadn't sacrificed the range of motion and the overall stability for the looks...
But it's priced right for what it is, it comes with some cool looking accessories and it's still the pretty decent HGAC Wing Zero Frame at it's core. Worth it if you're a fan of the Wing Customs, not as "playable" as any of the other HGAC or Wing Derived HGBF kits IMO.
Fun, simple build! Simply put, you should not hesitate to buy this kit if you like this design. There's nothing wrong with this kit, but if you really want to search for nitpicks then the only one would be the seam lines on the back of the legs. Even then, it's very easy to ignore.
The only stickers on this kit are used for the camera (minus the Zero System circle on the chest, a silver one goes behind the clear green piece) and the yellow stripes on the rifles. The only thing that can be misleading is the black vent details on the arms, chest, sides of the head, calf thrusters and underneath the orange parts of the knees. But minor detail omissions like that are typical of a HG so it isn't as bad as I may have made it seem. All these areas are white out of the box but this actually doesn't ruin the aesthetic of the kit. If you really want this accuracy, you can easily fill it in with a panel line marker. As with many other good kits, you should pick this up if you like the design!
Too Hot to Handle A cool kit with interesting weapons. Color and part separation are good, but a straight build will lead to an underwhelming appearance. I recommend a little paint and panel lining. On the plus side, it's both transformable AND posable.
A nice Wing design A lovely take on the Wing Gundam design. The sword-wings are really cool and fold to hide the shoulder attachments. The kit is very good quality and snaps together very easily. The clear pieces add a really nice touch. Not too difficult of a build and doesn't necessarily need painting or too much color correction. Definitely recommend it for any Wing Gundam fans.
Loads of fun A great kit for anyone and for those who are fans of Build Fighters and Gundam Wing Zero. Since I am both. that is why a got this kit and after it was done it was fun
