It's pretty amazing that any of us could have ever thought they would stop making these lil guys; they're back with two more colors to add to the mix, this time much more standard teddy bear colors! Each kit comes with its own puzzle piece stand, and there's just not enough we can say about how adorable this is. It's seriously the most adorable thing, like, ever.
Okay, so maybe some wires got crossed here. We know this thing's name suggests a paternal figure, but we're DEFINITELY getting some 1940's mobster vibes here. Why is everything strangely grayscale? Do... (learn more)
Great, so first they're masquerading as a friendly house pet species to gain everyone's trust, and now that they're in all our houses, they're eating our dessert food. This is absolutely unbelievable,... (learn more)
We're trying real hard to follow here: Is this a custom-built Beargguy with the Moon Stick and the golden snitch on its back? Is this really a crossover fanfic three-for-one Gundam/Harry Potter/Sailor... (learn more)
Please allow us to raise a question: why does "Beargguy" have two G's? Think about it: "Acguy" only has one G, and as you may know, "Bear" has none at all. Wouldn't this lend the spelling to be "Bearg... (learn more)

Picked it up as a bit of a joke after a friend pointed out "Oh look, they have pedobear!"
It was cute, and I needed a model to work on my painting/airbrushing skills.
Turns out I got more than I bargained for.
Assembly was a snap, and included scads of stickers for bits that needed to be colored black (remember that painting comment? Yeah I skipped the stickers). Unfortunately mine seems to have come with kind of a thin chest piece which partially broke, also the right-side of the pelvis (left side facing the front of the bear) was weak. Not sure why, I filled it with putty and sanded and trimmed, now I just need to paint it. Of course I'm not sure what the proper colors to match are, so I need to take the head up to the local hobby shop to find out.
Still, the model is cute and it's a fun concept. I would recommend picking one up.
