Could say first transforming gundam
There’s definitely a lot going on in this kit! This one set comes with the parts for both the RX-78-2 and the G-Fighter; not only that, but both kits can be combined in many different ways to make four different variations of the G-Armor, or they can be left and displayed separately! Everything that came with the RX-78-2 release is included here, but all the added transformation gimmicks make this a fresh experience to build and display.

Not the Core Booster but still cool
I got this one as a gift and was a bit skeptical about it. Turns out that this kit was a blast to put together. Granted some of the configurations are a bit silly, such as the G-Sky and G-Bull but to just go with the G-Fighter and the Gundam makes it a great kit. I was impressed as well with how well the Gundam fit inside of and as a part of the kit to form the G-Armor.
