Outstanding kit! If it weren't for the lack of an inner frame, I'd be hard pressed to tell that I wasn't building an RG or MG. There is a lot of detail packed in this kit, and some nice functional gimmicks. One of the best looking kits oob imho, and a great platform for customization.

Best Zaku Sniper So much detail packed into one kit. Compared to the original Zaku I sniper, I highly recommend this one over it, I mean it's been released much later than the other one too so you'd expect it's joints and all be of higher quality. Pretty accurate colors straight out of the box, so just get a yellow dome sticker for the mono eye and it'll look very clean. I would be careful when painting this kit as it does contain several rubbery parts which may melt from whatever paint used.

Nice for a "pre-Gundam the Origin" Kit The level of detail and articulation of this kit is nice for a "pre-Gundam the Origin" kit, with a nice alternative weapon option. The only issues is how fragile the connection for the outer left barrel case, broke during assembly. A bit of adhesive fixed it though. Lastly there is some concern regarding the reliability of the connection for the monoeye piece, due to no enclosed housing.

Solid kit for a fan... It’s a basic HG kit, but a solid one for a sniper / Yomen Kirks fan. The sniper rifle, backpack and knee gimmick are the highlights and worth it.

Rest In Power, Kirks. Although I wish that this Zaku I Sniper had more detail with its gun and pipe-holder parts. Like how the extra pipes were in them and they can be replaced in the sniper rifle.
