    Preorders
    If you preorder an item along with in-stock items, your entire order will NOT ship until ALL items become available. This policy applies to every order on our site.

    Address
    Please make sure the address you provide is complete and accurate. If the delivery address is a multi-family housing unit or apartment, please specify the unit number. PO Boxes can only receive small items, and if delivery is not possible, an address change request may be required, which could result in delivery delays.

    Returns
    New, unused, and sealed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery with an original packing invoice at your own expense. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (+shipping fee if you selected free shipping).
